Isn't he signed with Syracuse?? He is but I'm not sure what happens if they lose scholarships. Would that potentially free him up?

Either way, particularly with Kaleb J. now on board, I don't see the need for Howard. He had his chance to be a Hoya. Not a big enough talent to go after at this point, IMO.

I don't believe "losing schollies" applies to committed scholarships. Doesn't the NCAA usually let players transfer or get out of LOIs when a program receives discipline? I too was wondering if Cuse got some discipline (although not likely), would they let the 2015 class out of their LOIs.
