Killer lineup! That would be a really fun one to attend on location alone or teams alone, but the two together? Nice.
For anyone who saw it this year: did you think the ceiling looked a little low and the lighting in the stands looked a little weird (like being in a fish tank)?

They certainly have enough fish tanks and aquariums at the Atlantis, but I believe they put the court in the main ballroom at their convention center - which explains why the ceilings and lighting appeared the way they do.

Add in the great recruiting classes by UCLA (Kevon Looney), UNC (3 studs), and Gtown and there could be some great basketball games

It looked brutal. They would be better off playing it outside.

Does anyone know what the typical packages cost for attending the tournament?

In the I can't wait for next season to start theme I pulled the trigger and booked for the Atlantis tournament. After looking over all my usual travel sites, I got the best deal by actually calling Atlantis. They have better rates than Anthony Travel has on their web page, though I think you won't get the dinner with the team. The ticket cost for the 3 GU games is $80 per person in the lower section, I think it was $60 per person in the upper section. Customer service lady said seating was based on who buys tickets first and she told me I was very early. Room rates she gave me were quite a bit lower than what I was seeing on Atlantis website which is a nice treat for basketball fans. Ticket prices for entry into all games was $310 per person in the lower sections for those who were wondering.
So, Lucky and Lucky Jr. will be venturing to the Caribbean again this year, hopefully some of the folks we met in Puerto Rico can make it to this tourney as well.

Good reminder. I'm pumped for this. Great tourney field and a great location -- even better than the Disney/Milk House one.

ESPN announcing brackets of the holiday tournaments this morning, one coming out every ten minutes. Battle for Atlantis should come out @ 11:10 EST.

Can't say I have ever located AXS TV before, but it looks like I may be spending some time on DirecTV Channel 340 over Thanksgiving this year. It's nice to have the guaranteed Florida match-up (indoors, this time!), but kinda disappointing to project the bracket forward and figure we may end up with games against UAB and Butler if we don't pull off the upset in Game 1.

Exactly. Hoped we'd play at least two elite programs...not necessarily the case with these match ups.

Who do you think we play in the final - UCLA or UNC?
