Love hanging out with you guys! Certainly beats moping about being snowed in for a week now in ATL. We got 20 inches of snow yesterday and last night here in Albany, so I feel your pain - although the roads were all plowed out and ready to go by 10 a.m.

Is Ivan Rabb ambidextrous? From the highlight videos, it seems like he shoots FTs with his right hand, but he prefers his left for passing (including outlets and some impressive one-hand bounce passes) and dunks. At least from the limited clips, it seems like Greg Monroe is a great comparison with him - I'm sure the staff will show him a lot of clips about how Greg excelled at Georgetown.
I really like Rabb - I feel like if we get him (and taking into account '14 and '15 recruits already on board), we'd have the most talented team that we've had under JT3.

Wow. Incredibly springy and keeps the ball high. Has a chance to be a very good shot blocker AND offensive player. rare combo.

We REALLY NEED this young man on the Hilltop come 2015!!!!!!! I've made the statement of a "void opening at the 5 position" before, but it appears that my complaint has gone on deaf ears. If we get Moses back next year and he plays well, if Smith is eligible to play and plays with some kind of vigor. We still have to deal with the fact that Hayes will most likely be our only true center come 2015-2016. We need to fill that void and time is not in our favor.

From what I've seen, Rabb would be the best recruit we've ever gotten under JT3. So skilled, and on top of that, athletic.

This kid is a beast. It's a longshot, but worth the effort. We've come tantalizingly close to closing the deal with some top flight centers recently and I just feel like one of these days, one of them is going to see the light and be a Hoya.

I think we're due for another Monroe-type recruiting win. Of course the caveat there was we were fresh off a Final 4 and back to back Big East championships. Time will tell...

Just an uninformed hunch, but I think we have a better shot with Rabb than some of the others we missed on (Elbert, Noel, etc.). Rabb seems to be a very mature, intelligent, humble 17 year old kid whose mom likes us and is heavily involved in his recruiting. The only thing I'd dispute is that I don't think Rabb will be a 5 at the next level. At 6'9" and skinny, he looks to be an incredibly athletic and versatile 4.

gotta have a few top 10 classes in a row. Meaning complete ones; not just one stud out the bunch. I think there should be a big in every class.
