Well, that would require a Republican President and a Republican Senate and I don't think we're going to see that while Harry Reid is in the Senate. The most amusing part was senile old Chuck Grassley threatening to change the filibuster rules for Supreme Court nominees, which hasn't been an issue since Abe Fortas. |

I know you meant to put 2003-2013. Because I am sure you realize that the first ever filibustered court of appeals nominee in the history of this country came in 2003.
