Plays at Hargrave with Connor Crabtree, wouldn't be surprised if the staff started to sniff. Averaged around 13ppg for Team United in EYBL play. Similar to Leblanc this kid is super athletic. His handle looks a bit more advanced but not quite as big.. 6’3” 2018 Trey McGowensOffers: VCU, USF, UNCW, New Mexico, St Bonaventure etc… McGowens game has been on a steep trajectory over the last couple of years. He has grown to 6’3” and is now playing so far above the rim. At Hargrave McGowens has been working on his jump shot, and that has become a consistant weapon now. Possessing deep range, explosion above the rim and a great handle in transition, McGowens is a highlight waiting to happen. Being that he is only 17, the strength will continue to grow. His recruitment could be fun to watch this year as it may grow to still another level.EYBL Stats: www.d1circuit.com/roster_players/17820884Did you mean Leblanc or Belanc? I think you meant Matt Belanc. I have made the same mistake multiple times... Si Senor...

I went a bunch back in high school, but I don't make it back to Windsor much any more. My parents are still in Granby though. I love that place, we go almost every weekend.. I live in Bloomfield.. Etomic, you live in Bloomfield? There's a high school in New Jersey Dear old Bloomfield bless her name And we love her, yes we love her Since the day when first we came So hail to alma mater And pledge eternally To live and die for Bloomfield High With love and loyalty Now I'm not from New Jersey. But two guys in my Harbin cluster sophomore year attended Bloomfield High. We all learned the BH alma mater as a joke, and I still remember it, 48 years later.

Sounds like Connecticut, but kudos on the BHS alma mater. Something tells me current students aren't learning that one.

The staff is absolutely putting in the work, and recognizing the need to explore all possibilities.

Juco ranks have fallen off a cliff in Maryland. No legit prospects.

Tbf if it's the same event they have had in the past there weren't just Maryland Juco's there. Usually these Jamboree's get teams from all over their respective regions and sometimes include Post Grad (HS) teams also.
Big Shots could have made a mistake or the staff is just doing their due diligence. Either way, no harm in attending and I wouldn't read too much into it unless word comes out that they are pursuing a specific prospect. They attended a similar Jamboree in the South a couple weeks ago..

Good look here for Gtown and an easy recruiting trip for the staff... Smart play. I doubt we have much link with organizing the fest other then allowing them to use our court but it'll make it easy for staff to watch a ton of prospects in-season, which can be difficult. I assume it's being played in McD? Any prospects playing that we have already offered?

Very smart move! Let's use the opportunity to really focus on loading up on athletic, tough, gritty players.
