Another Combo kid to monitor, 6-1 MIkey Dixon.. He avg'd 31.5 at the Pittburgh Jamfest last month and kept it going at the Southern Jamfest.. makeplayz.com/mikey-dixon-goes-off-at-hoop-group-southern-jam-fest/www.vantagehoops.com/news_article/show/517008?referrer_id=1102873Hello, Mikey Dixon
The guy can score. And he does it effortlessly in a somewhat slightly built 6'1 frame. Dixon is a shot maker extraordinaire with quick, shifty ball skills and deceptive quickness. Despite an apparent lack of college-ready strength, Dixon gets to his spots on the floor and converts at an extremely high rate. You can't give him any space from three, and he's a crafty finisher in the paint area.
Dixon scored 32 points against Team Wall, and this type of game is not out of the ordinary. The Delaware native averaged over 30 points per game in Pittsburgh during July. Somewhat surprisingly, Dixon only holds two offers right now from Quinnipiac and Rider. Once July hits, that should not last long. The Diamond State Titans need to be a frequent watch for programs in need of a scoring 2/1. - See more at: www.vantagehoops.com/news_article/show/517008?referrer_id=1102873#sthash.YY7k6wAU.dpuf

www.vantagehoops.com/news_article/show/515324?referrer_id=1178989Aamir Simms - Andrew Wiggins Team LoadedAnother state champion, Simms sometimes flew under the radar this past high schools season, as he played alongside coveted 2016 big man Mamadi Diakite at Blue Ridge. This summer, though, he's front and center with the Team Loaded 16U group. And odds are, he'll get noticed, as there's no hiding the talent and tools Simms has and he's only going to get better.
A broad and long 6'8 forward, Simms has an intriguing mix of skill, strength, and feel for a four man. He can rebound and finish in traffic, he can shoot out to 18 feet, and he can score and pass from the low block or high post areas.
He also has a very impressive understanding of the game at such a young age. His transfer to Blue Ridge from Fluvanna was apparently seemless on the court, and that can be attributed to his high basketball IQ. Simms received his first offer from Hofstra this spring, but that will only be the beginning. He's going to be one of the most desirable players Virginia has to offer. www.vantagehoops.com/news_article/show/517528?referrer_id=Simms can shoot the ball out to the 3-point arc, he can score with his back to the rim, and he can play from the mid and high-post. Additionally, he's a very good passing forward, he rebounds the ball extremely well, particularly in his area, and he handles the ball well enough to lead a break. Even more importantly is that Simms just has an awesome natural feel for the game.
Georgetown has expressed interest in Simms since the high school season, and the Hoyas are ramping it up a bit lately, as is Notre Dame. UVA is also keeping tabs on him. Simms mentioned UVA and Georgetown as the two schools that appeal to him most currently, but he was very quick to point out that any collegiate opportunity would be a blessing. - See more at: www.vantagehoops.com/news_article/show/517528?referrer_id=#sthash.W1SFheqd.dpufKid sounds like a good fit..

twitter.com/search?q=javin%20delaurier&src=typdSigh... Kid is like the hottest recruit in the country now. If they were still willing to look at JW3, sure wish they would have pushed for this kid. High academic kid, relatively local, I'd bet he would be interested also
