Curtis Jones 6’2 G 2016 PaulVI…. phenomhoopreport.com/players-corner-paul-vi-soph-curtis-cujo-jones/Player’s Corner: Paul VI Soph Curtis ‘Cujo’ Jones NOVEMBER 22, 2013 BY JAMIE SHAW LEAVE A COMMENT Curtis “Cujo” Jones 2016 Combo Guard Paul VI High School, Fairfax VA Not much has changed the past 30 days. I am still up crazy early every morning to catch my train to school and working hard everyday in gym. But I have been able to visit a few schools. My first trip was back to home to Richmond to see the VCU Black and Gold scrimmage. Havoc was definitely in the building. My next two visits were in the DMV. I attended Georgetown’s Tip Off and Maryland’s Midnight Madness. And my last unofficial visit was to Wake Forest. After touring the campus and meeting with the coaching staff, I left Wake Forest with an offer. This whole recruiting process is still very humbling.

Doral Moore, Jr. STOCKBRIDGE, GA - 2015 7’0 Center
On the recruiting front, college coaches have taken notice on the progress Moore has made. Offers are in from Alabama, Auburn, Cincinnati, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Ohio State, Texas and more. Georgetown, Kansas, and Louisville have also been tracking the No. 38 player in 2015

Seems like the 2015 class is loaded with strong post players - Stone, Rabb (maybe, or maybe PF), Moore, Labisserie, Noah. Would be nice to see us get nne of them.
I think we should try to get both Skal and Thon Maker. How cool would it be to have guys named Skal and Thon on the same team? It would sound like we're moving to the Norse God League.

Big fella is knocking down 3's now in warm ups. AllMetroHoops @ehoopsshowcase 26 Nov 2017 G MJ Walker-Jonesboro HS tip off next vs Doral Moore - USC signed Temarcus Blanton and Luella Justin Young @justindyoung 27 Nov Every time I watch Doral Moore, he is a major impact guy. He has effected 6 of ML King's 8 possessios. Justin Young @justindyoung 27 Nov Doral Moore's impact in a nutshell: opposing team is aggressive to the rim crew. Had 24 1st half possessions, scored 1x in paint.

Michal Cekovsky, 7-0, C/PF, Canarias Basketball Academy (Spain), 2014
Cekovsky was undoubtedly the hottest name of the Showcase. A skilled 7-footer, Cekovsky came over without a scholarship offer and left with the likes of Arizona and Louisville leaving offers on the table. He is a great passer from the high post, can shoot the ball out to the three-point line, and is incredibly fluid in the post. One mid-major college coach compared him to Dirk Nowitzki and while that’s a bit far fetched at this point, you could certainly see some similarities as far as style of play. Michal inked with Adriatic power Partizan early in his career, but has opted to go the college route before playing a pro game.
Staff might wanna give the kid a look, looks a little shy around contact in the video but can shoot it out to 3. Average a very solid 13 and 10 for the Spain U20 team...

Are we still persona non grata at Montrose, or is that dead and buried?

Are we still persona non grata at Montrose, or is that dead and buried? Well Vetter is gone. So hopefully?

Sutton played and coached under Vetter at Montrose so even if Vetter were still there, we'd be OK.

Allonzo Trier from the Pail VI game Travis Mewhirter @tmewhirter 14 Dec Allonzo Trier is ballin for Montrose now, scoring 9 in the third but Montrose still down 54-45 after Paul VI knocks down a buzzer beater Hoyas247 @hoyas247 14 Dec This is my first chance to see '15 Montrose Christian SG Allonzo Trier in person and the phrase "jumps out of the gym" applies to his game. Josh Stirn @josh_Stirn 14 Dec Allonzo Trier is tough, but he's having to work for all the offense he's getting. Unlimited range on his jumper and powerful finisher. Pat Lawless @givengobball 15 Dec Allonzo Trier (@swagyzprecision), '15 SG of Montrose Christian (MD), has received interest from Georgetown, Maryland, Memphis, FSU & Indiana Not vs. Paul VI but impressive wiki.allmetsports.com/all-met/players/montgomery/montrose-christian/boys-basketball/672754/
