Update on the boys' mile: Matt was running well probably about 5th in a crowded pack, when somebody cut in and went down and Matt tripped over him. He and Sam Affolder remained down and when they finally got up they jogged in. Too bad to come all the way across the country expecting to get a good time and for no fault of Matt the race was a disaster. The way Matt was running he could have been in the top five.

Here is a recruit going backwards:
Paige Hofstad had committed to UNC several weeks ago, before the coaching change. Interesting if Paige will stay at UNC under Chris.

Nico Young is down to 5 and will be deciding in late October/Early November.
Georgetown Oregon UNC NAU Stanford
Nico is one of the top five recruits in the nation. So we have three former Hoyas vying for his choice.

Well, that means, if you can eliminate Oregon too, he will go to a team with Georgetown experience. Keeping my fingers crossed as the announcement can come any day now.
