I'd love this kid but not sure if we can take a top level 2016 C unless we land a one and done C in 2015. Why not? If we end up with two of our C targets for 2015 and use up all our scholarship slots in '15, we will only have 2 spots to fill. In replacing DSR and Hayes, I guess we could take another C prospect but I'm not sure if Swanigan would want to play behind 2 solid C's only a class ahead. We still have plenty of time though so I could be wrong, I'll enjoy the process.

He’s a top 20 kid easy and will be one of the most college ready players in his class if he continues at current rate. I don’t think this kid plays behind many players he will do numbers as a Freshman, he gets college buckets now, is extremely physical and a great rebounder. Even if he didn’t start I see 25 min a game for him at almost any school. His perimeter skills are really improving, good passer and he can shoot it, so I wouldn’t be so imo he could play the 4-5 on O

Caleb Swanigan (6'9, Spiece Indy Heat) - the best prospect in Fort Wayne this weekend may have been one of its own in Homestead's Caleb Swanigan. He's become nearly impossible to stop with one guy in the post. Just uses hit girth to clear space and then can flip up a short half hook with either hand. Then he'll floor you by popping out and hitting a mid-range jumper like it was a lay-up. Struggling a tiny bit in passing it out of double teams and did seem to run out of gas on Sunday afternoon, but he should push for top 10 status in the Class of 2016 and may be best in the country in that group in rebounding and scoring inside.

Yeah...we have Dickerson! Yeah, I think he would be somewhat redundant with Dickerson and Govan. Similar type players.

Very, very sad news. He apparently was again fighting weight issues, based upon comparative photos that have surfaced today. RIP, Caleb.
