Wow, Myles seems really well-spoken and humble. I'd love to have him in a Hoyas uniform.

socialhub.usatodayhss.com/social-hub/blogs/item/510-myles-to-goSometimes this process can get a little weird. I won't say what coach, but I had a coach tell me "Myles, I love you." He was really serious. We had just ended our conversation and were about to hang up and he just said it. I was thinking "Whaaat???" I just didn't know how to respond. Like I said, it gets a little weird at times. I've even had a couple of coaches leave me voicemails where they just break out in a rap or a song. It's hilarious! It makes my day. I will leave the singing coaches' names out because I don't wanna embarrass anyone, but they definitely have some singing and rapping skills.

Coast 2 Coast Hoops @coast2coasthoop 29 Jul Myles Turner visited Findlay Prep over the weekend. Justin Young @justindyoung 28 Jul This will probably be debated by all but after watching Myles Turner tape all day, I have no idea why he's not No. 2 overall in 2014. zagsblog.com/articles/big-strick-classic-rosters-announced/

I talked to Myles dad yesterday and Georgetown is still heavily recruiting him. He is a great character kid that would be a huge get for us. I am not optimistic though.

Looks like our staff is pulling out all the stops for 2014 and 2015. I have a feeling it will pay off!

Yeah' we tried and he talked a good game; as you said realistically we never had a shot. One and done kid. LaMarcus Alridge type

LaMarcus Alridge type In hindsight the staff should have tried earlier, offering on July 6th was a waste of time.. Turner & Elbert were neck & neck for top 2014 center in Texas coming into the aau season but Turner took off with his very strong play this spring/summer..

Elbert played well this summer, but Myles took off and the potential began to show.
