Does this count? Slimy bro talent agent ends a conversation like this on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, a show from the team behind 30 Rock: Anyone see 30 Rock tonight? I'm guessing there's a Hoya on the writing staff -- first, Kenneth utters the line "I bleed blue and gray" and then they introduce a bro- Edited who says he was a frat boy at Syracuse.

The Season 1 Finale of The Kroll Show had a pretty good line. One of his annoying reality show characters "started at Binghamton, but I finished at Syracuse". link

Simpsons quote in my tag line is clearly my favorite, albeit indirectly.

The Florick's son in The Good Wife is at Georgetown. The daughter in Madam Secretary as well, and the husband was teaching at GU until an episode or so ago.

Brenda Leigh Johnson Supercop on the Closer was a Georgetown grad. Her Dad said she always "did her own thing and went to Georgetown over his objections."

Better Call Saul.
Something to the effect of "I went to law school at the University of American Samoa. I know I know, its not Georgetown."

Michael K. Williams, Omar from The Wire has a show on Viceland called Black Market. In one of the episodes, he gets on the mic and drops this line, "I’m the Baltimore bad guy, like the old Georgetown Hoya. Gun for hire, equal opportunity employer".
Pretty interesting show, in which he talks to people who participate in black market activities.

How's this for an obscure one: I've gone back to watch the old HBO show OZ. In the fourth episode, an inmate named Reilly tells another inmate (played by Bodie from The Wire) that a third inmate was set up to take the fall for something. Bodie asks, "By who?" and Reilly responds: "Come on, you don't have to be John Thompson to figure out the game plan."

In Mart Crowley's play "The Boys in the Band" two of the characters we're GU roommates. The movie adaptation was directed by William Friedkin of "The Exorcist" fame.

I am just reading "Along Came a Spider" by James Patterson. The book is set in 1992 and Alex Cross and his girl friend were going to a Georgetown vs St. John's at the Cap Center in Landover. Alex says "I like Georgetown basketball, and I admire their coach, a black man named John Thompson. Sampson (his partner) and I catch two or three home games a year."

Yikes. Another James Patterson reference to Georgetown with the kidnapper in Merry Christmas Alex Cross being a GU double degree holder with a BS from the college and a law degree from GULC. And his undergraduate major was English and chemistry!!! Oh the humanity!!!!

Another movie that has some Georgetown references on the basketball court and with JTII also. The "Sixth Man", about the ghost of a dead player for the Univ of Washington, who gets them through to the NCAA championships. In the semi final game the Huskies play the Hoyas, coached by JTII and with a player, whose name is Smnith, but obviously patterned after AI. The Hoyas were winning, when the ghost causes Smith to hit his head on the backboard and without him, the Huskies move on.

Not necessarily a Georgetown reference per se...but how about Alonzo in Hootie video for “Only Wanna Be With You”?
No one else? Anyone?
