One complaint : 11 minutes.
I like what he brings so much, I'd like that number to be about 20.

I also think DSR got more minutes because Providence was pressing and we needed another ball handler on the floor so not necessarily anything Bowen did or didn't do.

I love that we got to a point in a game where Aaron Bowen needed a heat-check 3.

I like what I am seeing from Bowen. I am even more excited that we have him another 2 years after this. I would love to see him harness that energy and athletic ability and unleash it on the defensive end. Athletically, there is no reason he cannot be a shutdown defender. I am fine with his minutes 10-15 makes sense, but I think it is still pretty clear he is the primary casualty if/when Whit returns.

I said something similar over the summer about how much time he had left on the hilltop and that he wasn't void of ability and I got laughed at on this board. He still has two more years after this to make an impact for GU. He could very well be a 25 mpg guy as a senior.

Biggest development tonight for Aaron was his spacing on D and less hand-sy on defense and that happened over the time between Saturday (11:00 is a horrendous start time) and tonight. Nice progress in no time at all.

Nice progress in no time at all. Perhaps there is more to practice time than many think.

Since I first took a glance at AB on the court I got the sense that he could become a good if not great player. He seems to know what he needs to do, his positioning is great and he's a bit above average defender. Great pass to Hop too.

He is going to be a very special Hoya. He's a redshirt soph right now and still has another 2 years left with these guys... I know he probably won't start next year, but I see him being was jabril was this year and PE Jr was a few years back--high intensity coming off the bench, with a little chip on his shoulder. Love AB

I know everyone loves his dunks, but the best part of Aaron's game right now is the fact that he can apparently hit a three. We'll miss the non-scoring part of Whit's game, but there's only so many 1-4 from 3 games we could take.

I just love that he showboats after every made shot. Not even kidding. It's seriously great to see him so excited out there. If he keeps getting playing time, I'm sure it will stop, but for now, it's fun to see.

One change in aaron my son noticed last year and the beginning of this year doing warm ups before the game he would literally goof around he would sit on the scorers table and shoot a sitting down three yup while sitting during REAL warmups. HE STOPPED DOING THAT AND VOILA just saying maybe taking more seriously in warm up AND practice too. greg being out obviously something too but different attitude ok with the excitement but as i said before more FOCUSED excitement yup and maybe in practice too. ;D
