Women beat Columbia today 3-0. Both teams still undefeated.

Big Weekend of Games for both the men and women.
Men play two on the road @ UIC (Tomorrow 8pm, Gametracker) and @ Wisconsin (1pm Sunday, game tracker and video on Wisconsin's site) First road games of the year.
Women take on Santa Clara (Tomorrow at 7:30pm, Gametracker) and #5 Stanford( Sunday 3pm Pac 12 Network). The women have played their normal soft schedule to date so this will tell us what they're really made of.

I was led to believe (from guhoyas schedules) that SC and Stanford were home games. Then I see the picture of the team in Alcatraz.

Big come from behind win by the Men's team. Won 3-2 in OT after giving up 2 goals in the first 15 minutes of play. Finally got a goal int he 67th minute and tied the game at the 78th minute. Andy Reimer scored the game winner in the 97th minute.
Women tied Santa Clara 1-1. Huge test on Sunday vs #5 Stanford.

Any other Hoyas out at Stanford today? Ouch not sure our team was out at stanford today. Routed 6-0. yeesh. In all fairness stanford is really good. Men tied Wisconsin 1-1.

Men stay put at 16 in the CollegeSoccerNews top 30, More up to 12th in the NSCAA poll.
Women fall out of the top 25 from 23rd down to 26th.

Andy Riemer was named to the topdrawersoccer's team of the week for his hat trick in yesterday's game against Penn: "F: Andy Riemer, Georgetown – Scored 3 goals for the Hoyas in their win over Penn."
Riemer was also named to the CollegeSoccerNews team of the week.
Hoyas move up to 14th from 16th in the collegesoccernews poll.
Hoyas are 7-0-1 off to the best start in the history of the program.
Daphne Corboz named to the topdrawersoccer's national team of the week for the women's side. M: Daphne Corboz, Georgetown – Scored 3 goals and added an assist as the Hoyas earned a pair of wins.

Men open big east play on Saturday vs Rutgers at 1pm on North Kehoe field.
The women host Uconn tomorrow at 3pm and Providence sunday at 1pm.
