Unbelievable! The mother had a hidden camera at the summer camp and has now leaked the video to WJLA with a lawsuit to follow. This is all just a part of the Syracuse controlled sports media conspiracy to take down Georgetown.

You act as if making assumptions about someone's character based upon their actions is some ridiculous thing.
People every day make evaluations of people based on much less telling incidents than this one. This is hardly a baseless evaluation.
Her kid has his shirt repeatedly taped and she brought in a news crew. That's either batEdited crazy or someone looking for money. Either way, that kid is screwed.

Perhaps the helicopter mom should have sent her kid to the Duke Camp, if that's where he wanted to go. I just came back from the taking my grandson to the Nike skills camp for volleyball at Duke, their facilities are very superior to the stuff on the hilltop. He wore his Penn State Nike gear throughout the camp; got harassed and responded with “when was the last time your favorite school was in the VB final four? Mine goes just about every year.
Helicopter moms are here to stay; I have two daughters who can qualify.
