Yboy or B&G, which big men are we still actively going after? Obviously Rabb but there are still a bunch of targets from earlier in the year still uncommitted and it seems like we have picked up on our '16 big men recruiting.

if skal wants commit, u take him. he is a consensus top 10 player, most likely two and done. he would be the most talented player since greg monroe. sure, rabb is a better player than him, but that's still a long shot, which people seem to forget due to the recent optimism on this board and skal is starting day 1 if he comes here. Agree with the above. If a player who is that good wants to come, you take him and let the chips fall.

The impression I get from blueandgray's posts is that we are better than a "long shot" with Rabb; however I agree that you can't slow play or pass on Skal in the hope that Ivan comes aboard. I suppose if Skal contacts you and indicates he wants to commit, you could always delay a day or two to give Rabb one chance to make a commitment, but that may be too much of a risk depending on how passionate Skal's commit would be. In either event - I would love it if we get in the situation where we have this dilemma!

I am sure we'd take whoever committed first.

I just love how some individuals think it is a longshot for the Hoyas to get Rabb but not an equally longshot to get Labbissiere. Where's the evidence to back that?

In fact, most of the posts seems to paint Skal as bigger longshot than Rabb. A couple have just asked "what-if."

Longshot for both. Take whoever wants to commit, if the Hoyas end up in that position.

Hello Memphis fan here How do you guys feel about Skal? Most believe it is between UK and Memphis. I was just trying to figure out what is Georgetown in this battle.

The recent decommitment of Noah Dickerson may lead us to recruit Skal again more heavily.

I'd agree with you guys feeling that but you never know. We are in pretty good with ivan rabb regardless what these sites say so our focus has been mainly on that plus GU keeps recruiting close to the vest. We only have 1 poster who has an inside scoop.

On our 247 board, the UK insider expects Memphis to land Skal and also Skal might be closer to announcing. He has only taken visits to Memphis and no other school. UK is the only other school that he might visit before the decision. I think Memphis will move in to close it out after the hiring of Keelon Lawson next week. Pastner and Kirby can focus on sealing it with our #1 priority.

Carolina On My Mind @trueblue82 5m Skal Labissiere STATEMENT Game In Front Of Roy Williams & John Thompson III: via @youtube Skal Labissiere finally looks dominant: Skal Labissiere is a top 15 recruit in the Class of 2015, but the slender, 6-foot-11 center missed this high school season with a stress fracture in his back. On Saturday, Skal finally looked like an elite-level big man with a dominating first half performance against the Richmond Squires. He had a huge dunk in traffic, knocked down a couple of jumpers, made quick moves in the post and made a handful of nice passes, include a touch-pass from the high-post for a layup. Here’s the issue: the Squires didn’t have a single front court player over 6-foot-7. Labissiere’s potential is through the roof. He’s got a massive wingspan and huge hands, he’s got ball skills that many bigs at this level don’t and he’s got a go-to move on the block — a righty jump-hook — that is really effective. I’d feel more confident in his future if he dominated a similar caliber of competition as well. collegebasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/07/13/the-showdown-saturday-recap-horace-spencers-big-summer-continues/

If you had to choose only one, who would you take: Skal or Rabb?
