Overall a nice weekend for the Hoyas. The only downer was Andrew Springer just missing out in the 5000. Big thumbs up for Maddie, Dennin and Lundy. Oh, and i'm happy that Amanda gets to go to nationals since she gave up her best individual event so our relay team would have a better chance at making it.

I think Amanda had something to prove on that anchor leg. She came out of nowhere to get 2nd in the heat.

I guess we have a representative in the men's 5000m. Unfortunately, he doesn't go to GU anymore. I was hoping both Andrew and Sandy would make it, but I wasn't ready for the either/or.

Really unfortunate. The two battling it out down the stretch. Sandy is still Georgetown at heart though.
