IU and Crean are very aggressive in trying to get a foothold in the DMV. PoD was talking about IU.

This is good reason to root against Indiana and Oladipo in the tournament. Be sure that if Indiana wins the championship, they will capitalize on that in our recruiting area for the next 2-3 years.
On a side note, it's amazing the effect having an NBA lottery lock come back (Zeller) can have. Indiana has clearly also capitalized on the media attention that comes with being a top 5 team and title contender for an entire year. That's what we would get if Otto came back, which alone, is a huge benefit in recruiting.

Well although he wouldn't have been lotto last year Otto DID come back for his second year as well. III simply wasn't able to bring in a couple of extra blue chip players to go along with DSR (such as Noel). The media spotlight would have been on GU if NN had committed to the program.

All signs point to Indiana... Kenny Johnson coached at Paul IV...

Johnson never coached Derrickson at PVI. He was at Towson when Derrickson got to PVI. Johnson did coach Stan Robinson at Team Takeover prior to Towson. Derrickson plays on younger Takeover squad though.

Uh, yeah, that was nice. Nice to have a 3/4 who wouldn't need to bulk up as much as condition somewhat. Couldn't tell Yabs from your post on list of recruits to look at in "Visiting recruits" thread-was Marcus at the Closing of the Cuse Game?

Seems like a better Pinkston from Nova. I really like this kid. Game changer.
