Per ESPN just now.... Couldn't have happened to a better team/program/coach/city/etc.

Getting declared ineligible 3 days before the NCAAs for Cuse?! He must really be something special. Couldn't be academics at this stage, right? Must be some other compliance issue?

He shouldve never been allowed back in the first place. Why oh why couldn't we have been the 4 in the East.

Their program as a whole better be getting something from the NCAA soon.
Hopefully this will lead to Cuse losing to UNC-Ashenvale as the first 1seed to lose to a 16.

The sun just a bit brighter around here!!! Even Calipari is shaking his head at the controversy surrounding Magoo's program.

How the F are you eligible, then ineligible in January, then eligible again, then ineligible again?
Gotta be some games forfeited due to use of an ineligible player, right?
Nevermind, Cuse is going to say this is an internal eligibility standard, not an NCAA standard. So, on one hand they appear to follow their internal standards when it comes to academic eligibility. OTOH, they do not follow their internal standards on drug use?

Beautiful. Simply beautiful. They can't get their eligibility challenged, drug test failing, girlfriend beating asses out of the Big East son enough.

I never understood how he was able to regain his eligibility by (according to what pple were saying) doing more work to bring up a bad grade he already was given for the fall semester.

Maybe he's not taking enough classes or something second semester. He probably had his eyes on the league and reduced his course load below the NCAA minimum requirement so that he could chill. I have no inside info, just speculation. I really cant think of any other reason someone would be declared ineligible on two separate accounts during one season.
