Seriously now I have to go change my bracket, but it's so worth it. Amazing news! Could not happen to a more deserving group.

One would think they'd have to forfeit all the games that he played after his return. And if so Does that make Marquette Big East Champions? It would also mean we finish ahead of ND I believe. Which means we finished 3rd Still behind Marquette and Cincinnati but ahead of ND.

I'm guessing he should never have been permitted back. Perhaps SUcks will have all of its wins voided. ;D On edit, thanks to Admins for moving this, which was originally posted in the other thread before I saw this one. Of course, my post doesn't exactly appear to be an original thought now.

Not to take credit for all of this wondrous news, but I called in to SIRIUS college basketball show yesterday and ripped both Magoo and Coach Vacation as recidivist cheaters who need their comeuppance. The fun part was that the guest host host was that Sweattoon Bruce Pearl who said not a word as I railed about how cheater coaches need to be punished.

The other day, Boeheim was quoted as saying something to the effect of, "I never knowingly played an ineligible player at Cuse. That much I know." I think "never knew" and "looked the other way" mean the same thing up there.

I love how everyone on that board knows that Waiters isn't going to class right now. Wonder if the Cuse-bred media will pick up on that?

Ryan Burr (yes the ESPN one) tweets:
Message 2 Nerelins Noel the top undecided center in HS. Fab Melo surely will be turning pro how would u like to be in the middle of the zone mess.
Fixed.

Going on their boards is an epic, joyful experience that I encourage everyone on here to try.

Andre Hawkins, Billy Edelin, Devendorf --- this is hardly anything new - or just recent

Seth Davis: "I have to say I feel very badly for the [Melo]. Really worked hard to improve, self-esteem has come a long way. I'm sure he's crushed." twitter.com/#!/SethDavisHoops/status/179697802148978688 Incredible. Is there any sense of being held responsible for your own actions anymore? Being resonsible for those who are in your charge? My indignance with sports media is at an all-time high.

I too feel awful for someone who is too busy beating up his girlfriend to stay eligible at a joke like Syracuse where Derrick Coleman managed to stay eligible.

Who was the dbag columnist who claimed Georgetown was lying about Chris Wright coming back based on the fact that Boeheim is a lying sneak? Did he ever apologize?
And now this timing?

And thousands, tens of thousands, of others student athletes remain eligible every year; if he cant do it its totally his fault. (And yes this opinion would apply to a Gtown player too).
