Keklak would actually be a soph here if she's actually transferring--not sure because i guess she'd have to sit out a year--unless she's at Gtwn for a year only just like the grad students from the ivies.--she seems to be pretty similar in talent level to Rachel Schneider. Keklak is listed as a grad student. |

Unless she finished Princeton in 1 yr that is an error. Her PR's are from hs, she did not run as well at princeton--hopefully the change of scenery brings her back to elite form.

That is not the only error that I saw on the roster page for the track and field team.  At least they have the recruits listed already. |

Nevada, do you know if Taye has any cross country eligibility left? He is still listed on the roster despite this being his sixth year. I know he took one redshirt and maybe he got a medical waiver for this past season. Doubtful but maybe possible? And Dennin is still listed as well. Hmmmm.

It seems as if he has been around forever. I have a picture of the 2008 BE XC champs as my screen saver at home, and Taye is in that picture; everybody else is long gone (except Coach Banks; EDIT Coach Banks is not listed on the coaching staff now, so even he is gone). It would be nice if he has XC eligibility, because he could help the team there. Dennin must have some sort of eligibility. It is hard to keep track of those things; I guess if I were more on the ball I could have all the stats on that.  |

Brandon Bonsey, who graduated a few years ago and served as an assistant coach at cuse   for the past two years, is now back at GU as an assistant coach, presumably replacing Mike Banks. |

I went back and looked at the archives and it looks like Dennin has 1 more season of cross country. He didn't run in the fall of 2008. Taye ran in the fall of 2007, 2008 and 2010. It doesn't appear that he ran in 2009 and definitely didn't run last fall. If both Taye and Dennin are eligible, we could have a very solid cross country season.
