Does anybody know if we are a strong contender for any of the 3 ranked?

Gathers hasn't mentioned GU in any interviews. Parker ain't comin. Pollard is best option. Hoyas will get a visit.

Noel, Rysheed and Domingo. A center, a point and a shooter. Dynamic class!

Good to see that watching basketball doesn't matter in ranking players. BJ Anya has been beyond awful the last 2 weeks against good competition--and he's rising to a top 15 player (13). Is Mike Jones a source for these guys because he sure as hell seems to get his players ranked above/beyond where they are deserving to be.

It's getting hard to find any positives out of the Bolden situation at this point

I was also surprised by Anya's ranking. That said, he has re-shaped his body and was supposedly playing quite well to start the season.
Am curious as to which DeMatha players have been ranked too highly recently though? Jerian Grant and Victor Oladipo are playing great, Quinn Cook dominated in DC, and Mikael Hopkins looks like he may have been underrated.

There's some players on that list that I had no idea GU was recruiting or offered. Of course there are some that are listing GU, but Hoyas are not active on.

Williams-Goss number 89, and we're not listed - shouldn't we be?

GU not listed with Rysheed also but we know he's visited and is high on the list.

After seeing him at the MLK Hoopfest, I just do not get the love for Troy.
If you're a top 10 guy, there's no way you play as poorly as he did against a team like Coolidge. I mean he was AWFUL.

What ID said and UNC/Kentucky recruiting him. If he signed with any of the finalists outside of those 2 programs and plays as he has so far--he'll drop like a rock. DSR's dropped beneath James Robinson and that's laughable--and you know I'm not the biggest DSR fan--but he's a better player then Robinson who was outplayed by Division 3 caliber to College Manager caliber guards of Gorman in a "showcase" game. Mitch McGary is damn near 21 years old playing HS basketball and is a kiss ass to national media guys--he works them like a politician working for votes at events-it's sickening. He's a hustle kid who isn't near being a top 25 caliber player--if top 50. Have to take into account age/production in HS ball. If you can't put up numbers being 2-4 years older then your peers, then what's the upside?

Posted this in Troy's thread as well:
down to UNC, UK, Hoyas and Nova according to Zags blog, who quoted Boo Williams.
I see UK, imo.

I am stunned that they pushed DSR even further down. It just makes no sense. I know blah blah he committed to us and not Duke or UNC, but this kid shouldered the scoring load for the #1 team in the country.
