So, that Florida team is the best team that the Syracuse juggernaut has faced, huh?

Yeah Marquette needs to step it up. This is embarrassing.

Nice little sound byte... "Vanderbilt is embarrassing Marquette on their home floor." Jeffrey Taylor looks like Bizarro Tony Parker.

Great win by Rutgers! Didn't see regulation, but caught overtime. Both teams made ridiculous shots down the stretch.
Just a reminder that you can't even sleep on a Big East team that lost to Princeton

I didn't see a GOI thread.... Rutgers downs #10 Florida. Crazy game. If we hold serve, Hoyas will be top ten on Monday. It just goes to show you, there are no easy outs in the Big East.* *except Depaul

Rutgers freshman backcourt outplayed the Florida guards. Really impressive.

Meanwhile, Harvard absolutely crushed BC, 67-46

BC has lost to Holy Cross, UMass, Boston University, and now Harvard. What other Massachusetts schools are there left to lose to?

Rips on Cuse are always funny regardless of floods, famine, pestilence, etc., etc.

BC has lost to Holy Cross, UMass, Boston University, and now Harvard. What other Massachusetts schools are there left to lose to? MIT, Tufts, Northeastern, Amherst, Williams, Babson...Dan, you can add to the list here.... And my personal favorite: Wellesley. But the jump to the ACC for BC has just been swell.....

Northeastern is the only NCAA Division 1 program in the state that BC hasn't lost to.
Props to SUNJ for beating Ufla, especially for undermining cuse's RPI in the process.

Taylor is a nice looking player for Vandy. Nice little step back jumper on display too.

Wow, Marquette. Vandy just punched you in the mouth and took your lunch money IN YOUR OWN HOUSE.
Add getting BLOCKED on what should have been an easy dunk in the last 12 seconds as icing on top of that turd cake.

I've seen very little of Marquette this year. What's the deal? Just an awful game for them? They look horrible. They can't hit anything.

Taylor is a great player when he attacks the basket, but he's spent a lot of his career floating around and settling for jumpshots. A good defender, as well.
I don't know if this Marquette game is going to get Vanderbilt rolling and propel them to the kind of season they were supposed to have, but I imagine they'll probably be a better team than their record will indicate at season's end.

CT... Vandy looked pretty solid to me but this is the only game I've seen them play this year. Taylor looks like he could be a heckuva player. Controlled aggression tonight.
