yes I did. Jeff is a three that doesn 't board, they need fours that do board. The same thing as in OKC, they didn't need him as a three to stand around. This is a blog, you might not want to hear what someone has to say, we still have the right to say it.

Jeff was a very good college player, but just good enough to remain on a NBA roster

Good enough to remain on a NBA roster is great! There are many very good college players that are one-and-done in the NBA.

Dajuan Summers was just good enough to make an NBA roster. Jeff started on some pretty good OKC teams and was a pretty coveted player. His stock has taken a hit and for good reason because he didn't play very well last year. He's undeniably a bit of a tweener for the NBA. But even with that, he's a solid rotation guy that would get minutes just about anywhere. Just good enough to make a roster means you're the last couple men off the bench, just happy to be there.

The Celtics traded for Green (after trading him away for Ray Allen)and then offered him a contract that would have paid him $9m this year if he had been able to play. They are not a stupid organization. He is a valuable player and it is a tragedy that he had to miss the season. Here's hoping he comes back even better than ever, hopefully in Boston, but if not then he will find someplace else. Likely to be a short term contract given his health issue, so he will have plenty to play for next year.

Hope that Green have a long productive career in the NBA and occasionally make the NBA All-Star team.

Nice interview with Jason: www.nbadraftblog.com/2012-articles/june/nba-draft-blog-interview-with-jason-clark.html"Jason has worked out for San Antonio, Miami, Washington and Chicago" "Jason on playing in the “Georgetown” offense: “It is definitely a team-oriented offense, and it can affect individual numbers, but what it teaches you is worth it. In the NBA, offense is based on being able to read the defender and make the right play. That is exactly what the focus of Coach Thompson’s offense. While it is possible that players may be overlooked because the system may not be ideal for big numbers, it definitely prepares you to play at the next level.”"

Jeff and Roy will both be free agents. Neither of them have signed a new contract. Some people think Brandon Bass has taken Jeff's spot but I think he is just a temporary replacement, a sub. Roy should resign also

I would look for Roy to talk to San Antonio, I think Duncan has his ear. This should be Roy's year to get the big contract, somewhere.

Wiz just brought over NeNe, who is going into the second year of a high dollar contract he signed with Denver before being traded. Id guess Wash has no interest in paying Hibbert his market value since they have committed to NeNe.
Id agree with the poster above who likes the Spurs. Plus, Hibb is a low maintenance guy who works hard and does as told. Most definitely a Greg Popp type of guy. He could be the replacement to TD, who only has a year or two left. Only issue with that is, TD is not retiring this year and you cant play the two together, since neither could play PF. Would Duncan be willing to come off the bench? Probably so.

Duncan coming off the bench behind Hibbert? That's the stupidest thing I've read on this board. Ever.
