Looks like Austin Freeman is on the Chicago Bulls summer league roster.

Anyone familiar with the offense that Princeton-alum Dave Blatt ran in Europe and will run in Cleveland with LeBron? Seems like this could be yet another way to get good press about an offense similar to ours. Also, anyone know if JT3 and Blatt are friends - I'd assume they are.

deacon posted earlier indicating that Sims opted not to play in the Vegas league and is working out instead at the 76ers practice facility.

Hopefully he can make some of the leaps Roy has made during the off-seasons (and then sustain his level of play all season long, who Roy still needs to master).

It was a near perfect 2014 Southwest Airlines Orlando Pro Summer League for the Philadelphia 76ers. Prized 2013 first round pick Nerlens Noel eliminated any concerns that he would not be the same player after knee surgery sidelined him for the last 18 months. Young players such as Hollis Thompson and Casper Ware shined all week. And as unit the 76ers excelled at playing unselfishly and committing to the defensive end, which helped them earn a Summer League championship. Thompson scored 21 and Ware notched 19 points, seven assists and five rebounds as the Sixers (4-1) pulled past the Grizzlies (3-2) for a 91-74 victory on Friday to capture the Southwest Airlines Orlando Pro Summer League title. If the Wizards gave Ariza 4 yrs 32 mil, they would have been crazy. Ernie is learning I see.

If the Wizards gave Ariza 4 yrs 32 mil, they would have been crazy. Ernie is learning I see. Considering what other free agents are getting right now, $8M per for Ariza would've been an understandable signing for the Wiz. It would've ensured the starting unit from last season came back in tact and once Otto it was obvious Otto was no longer a bench player, they could've easily traded that contract. Anyway, for those that missed it, NBA TV is re-airing the Wizards SL game from today tomorrow morning at 6 am EST. In short, Otto looked absolutely phenomenal today. He drained mid-range jumper after mid-range jumper, boarded, dished, etc.. He did it all. If he plays anywhere close to this come the regular season, they won't skip a beat.
