According to Rysheed, Hoyas have offered. Don't know when though.

Don't think the Hoyas are recruiting him very hard. Temple and MD are on him much more aggressively. He may be deciding in July.

Hope he ends up at MD if he isn't coming to GTown. Would hate to have to deal with him multiple time each year. I know the 3 has a certain type of PG but the kid seems like a bigger CW to me...................

and it appears we are out. From ESPN:
ESPNU Super 60 point guard Rysheed Jordan (Philadelphia, Pa./Vaux Roberts) may not have officially whittled down his list of schools, but the Gary Payton-clone tells The Baltimore Sun that six schools are showing the most interest: Maryland, Temple, Villanova, Seton Hall, La Salle and Drexel.

Strange. Don't really get it. Hope he ends up at Temple given that crop of schools, but seems like a kid we could've gotten if we pressed harder.

Not even close. It is interesting that he seems to be getting very little attention from major programs. He could still be very interested in us despite us not showing as much interest as other schools right now. I'll save the woe is me until he officially cuts us.

seemingly he's exactly what GU has in Brilly; a defensive, tough, physical, slashing guard, who needs to continue to work on his shot. He's been likened to a young Gary Payton.

"staying in touch" doesn't mean a heck of a lot if we haven't offered. Temple, Nova, UMCP appear to clearly be ahead of us.

Ok, but my point remains. If we aren't on him hard, we won't get him.

The kid who runs that site is a high schooler, so let's just assume he hasn't taken AP Geography yet.

The kid who runs that site is a high schooler, so let's just assume he hasn't taken AP Geography yet. He may not have taken geography, but he does appear to have taken Business 101. Getting his site bought by Rivals likely made for a nice-pre college payday. Of course, he might as well be throwing that cash down the drain since he has decided to use it to pay for a Syracuse "education."
