Time for a little fun...
I'm challenging anyone on the board to do a better job in predicting the outcome of the Big East tournament. I don't think anyone will beat me, but if anyone does, the top two predictors will each get an entry into my NCAA pool [edited]
So, using the following system, tell me who will survive each round of the Big East Tournament.
1st Round games: 5 points each 2nd Round games: 7 points each Semi-Final games: 9 points each Big East Champion: 11 points
Tiebreaker #1: total points socred in the final ___ Tiebreaker #2: total points scored by Bowman in the BET___
All picks due by 2PM on Wednesday.

Greetings from Cape Town...don't laugh at my predictions - I believe that Providence is one of the top five teams in the Big East, regardless of their record. here we go... 1st Round: Providence HOYAS! Notre Lame 2nd Round: Providence over BC PITT over Villanova CONN over HOYAS CUSE over Domers 3rd Round: Providence surprises PITT CONN barely beats CUSE FINALS: CONN survives Providence...Friars become the ultimate bubble squad. Points in the Final 145 Bowman's tally 42 (30 and 12) GO HOYAS!!! prove me wrong...for the record, I believe the game against UCONN will be much closer than the two regular season games, with Jeff Green having his best game of the year. The performance will make us all pine for a bid, but we won't get one of course. After a sub-par NIT, we prepare for the madness that will be next season. I predict we make it to the Sweet 16 next year.
