True indeed god! Lubick looks slow because he ends up trying to guard a much quicker guard outside. Our switches are pathetic.

I've been watching Hoyas w/an interest since frosh year in fall of '88 ('Zo's frosh year). This is the least interested I have ever been in watching a Georgetown game. I don't know if it's because I'm getting older and have many other things that occupy my time, or because I am totally fed up with our brand of basketball right now.
We don't defend the three, we haven't shot the ball well (for the most part) in six weeks, and we have no life on the court (with the exception of CW).
I feel that this is the least invested I've ever been in a Georgetown team. I know most of the players are playing very hard, but in my incredibly humble opinion, we need to figure out what the hell our identity is as a team.
I feel horribly that CW is going out like this right now. Hold your head high.
Can't say I'm excited about the future right now. Can't believe how far away we are from four years ago - I guess Jeff Green and Roy Hibbert are not walking through that door...
Despondent on LI.

Winners give reasons for winning and losers make excuses for losing. Refs, sore hand, tired feet, and etc are not an excuse for losing. We are getting a shellacking by a better coach and team.

17 turnovers and 2/18 from 3s. Not JT3s fault. It just isn't. Right, cause he only had 10 days to prepare his team for this.

17 turnovers and 2/18 from 3s. Not JT3s fault. It just isn't. coach is the captain of the team. certainly players can have offshootin day, but the fact that this team is programmed by JT3 to shoot that many 3s without success is just bonehead. not to mention the crappy defense. he brought these players up from high schoool. he coached them 4 years. 4 years to train 2 best guards from east coast and this is what we get? only derrik rose / mayo / eric gordon were higher rated than these two guards we have. and JT3 gave 4 years of the seasoning. players fault? yes AF/JC/JV/CW are playing bad. but that comes and go. this coach has not led us to win for over month. fire jt3? nah. but does he really need to make some major adjustment? YES

Enough excuses... Davidson, NIT, Ohio and VCU... time for some serious soul-searching by the staff in the off-season. Start by fixing the defense which right now consists of having to be very effective on offense to put pressure on the other team to keep up.

Wright takes a shot to the face, obviously not a foul.
