If UNC loses to Kansas, Roy Williams may lose his job. His UNC team has been underperforming since they won the championship with the exception of last year when they surprisingly went to Elite 8. This year, they are expected to win it all and if it does not happen, you can see that he may get tossed. If Roy leaves, he may go to UK instead of UNC, but regardless, I Don't see him coming to Georgetown. Not that it actually matters much, because we have a plenty of 3s and 4s and him coming to Hilltop won't necessarily get us an instant championship title. Is any of this serious?

Folks - UNC / Kentucky / Kansas has very high expectation of their hoop program. It's different - merely saying he MAY, i never said he will, lose his job because of the program's high expectation and the recent underachievement.
Every program has its own standard - for some programs, making NCAA tournament equals 10 years extention for the head coach. For some programs thats not enough. The majority of you bashing our own players after VCU loss and callin JT3 to be fired is bit more severe in those bigger named programs.

Cosmo Kendall Marshal has a broken hand, their starting SG tore his acl and is done for the season. They probably should be considered an underdog tomorrow. Regarding Roy’s job security. He has 2 championships, 3 final fours, and 6 elite 8 appearances in 9 seasons. I’m pretty sure his job is safe.

Not a position of need and not a good fit in terms of style of play. I mean Georgetown would make him a better player because we'd develop the jump shot he currently lacks, but Kentucky and UNC are better fits if he doesn't want to change his game/develop other parts of his game.

I hear Troy has dropped Georgetown from his final three and replaced it with Auburn.

This should effectively end any lingering hope that he would be a Hoya. On to the next one.

Uh, we lost his aunt, our women's coach, to Auburn, which is probably much worse than him dropping is from his list.

Holy Crap She left us for Auburn?! Why? Do they have some sort of Tradition in WBB? I mean it seemed like she was up for better jobs last year, like UVA.
Crazy. That sucks that she left. Much more of a loss than Troy who wasn't coming here anyway. I was hoping for both programs to turn into solid perennial top 15 programs.
