What an awful player. Watched him play tonight. I feel terrible for whoever ends up with this kid. Almost sure he did not SCORE tonight.

Great read on Tony Parker posted today on ESPN. A lot of insight on how a recruit breaks down colleges. I'm surprised we are on his list again, but it sounds highly unlikely we are even in the top 3. And from his abhorrence of programs telling him to lose weight, I don't think I want him anyway. But there are great parts about Dook: "Just the development of their big men is something that concerns me," Parker said. "I just don't see Tony as a guy who slaps the floor and takes charges," Glover said while hopping out of his seat and simulating Duke's famous floor-slapping maneuver. "I can't see that." "Exactly," Parker said. "I really like Duke; I just can't honestly say that I'm 100 percent comfortable with a guard teaching me about the post. Coach (Steve) Wojciechowski is like 5-foot-6." espn.go.com/high-school/boys-basketball/story/_/id/7717492/tony-parker-weighs-colleges-inner-circle

HA. Alright, pretty entertaining article. Parker sounds like a kid with a lot to learn - college level competition is going to kick his butt. Nothing wrong with enjoying being 18 though, so I got nothing against it.
The duke cracks are amusing. He's not coming to Georgetown, and that's pretty much fine with me.

Yeah lol @ some of their comments especially regarding Sully.. He’s not a top 5 pick because this years draft is much stronger and because he is a below the rim player. Has nothing to do with his weight, he didn’t drop on mock draft lists because he lost weight. Maybe he should pay attention to Kevin Love and see what losing weight and getting in better shape did for him. The weight loss is to help him on the DEFENSIVE side of the ball, not the offensive one..

Interesting article
glad he's not interested in Georgetown
This may be unfair but he seems like a kid that could kill chemistry

He's not coming to Georgetown but I came away from the article with a favorable impression of the kid. Seems like he has a good head on his shoulders.

The quote isn't from Tony directly, but hearing someone say "I don't know about him hitting backdoor cutters" is pretty ridiculous. Is he not going to pass in college? Sullinger was way more advanced as a frosh.
Also, Glen Davis should never be mentioned as a big man to emulate. Nice guy and he got paid despite not really deserving it, but he's currently shooting 38 percent from the field as a power forward because he has no decent post moves to speak of and can't elevate to finish against decent defenders. He's left basically shooting mid range jumpers off the pick and roll but he's not that good at it. If you think he's a good example of why you shouldn't lose weight, you're in for a rude awakening.

Josh Smith is happy at the prospect of having someone to join him at the buffet table.
Thought that was a good read. I think it will be Ohio State or UCLA.

This kid is honestly the biggest punk bitch i've ever seen play basketball in my life. I've never seen someone with so much upside and potential play like his mind is elsewhere. When I have seen him play, he has had no emotion, no drive, no motivation, no nothing. Just complains until he fouls some kid so he can sit down on the bench.

UCLA, Memphis, Duke, Ohio State, Kansas, Georgetown and Georgia disagree with your assessment.

this kid will be better than Josh Smith from day 1. he's a good kid and has a good head on his shoulders....that alone makes him better than Smith.

I'm without a doubt biased against the kid and view every little detail as awful, and I will admit I have seen him play in a few games where he has played well and perhaps even somewhat deserving of the attention and rankings that he gets. Just hate how a player who can be so good can have such an awful attitude (which I have seen) and just completely take games off with no intention of doing anything in the game. I've seen him fight fans in the sections harder than he played during the game.
