HoyaSinceBirth, you are correct. I believe that Denver has recently had the best of New Mexico. Good move for the Hoyas to come out West and play where some of these families can see their kids. As I recall New Mexico was second a few years back and lost in the championship to either Clemson or Maryland. I think that they also have sent players on to MLS in recent years. I believe there is a player on the NY Red Bull from New Mexico.

men down 1-0 at the half. Hoyas had a goal called back due to offside.

Men lose 3-1. Seth C'debaca sent of with a straight Red. Not the homecoming he was hoping for i'm sure. Hopefully the boys can bounce back against denver.

Men take a second 3-1 loss this weekend. This time at the hands of Denver.
hopefully they can bounce back with a pair of ivy league foes next weekend. First @ princeton on friday then home vs. penn.
The men are sure to drop back out of the rankings, but are still capable of having a good season.

Too bad my two favorite men's teams could not have played - GU and UP. If the Hoyas did not give up three goals, UP could have won the tournament; as it was Denver won on the basis of a tie (3-3 with UP) and a win (3-1 over the Hoyas); UP only beat NM by 2-1.

Men drop out of the Soccer times coaches poll. They were 23rd and received 60 votes now they're only receiving 4 votes NSCAA and Soccer American the most important polls come out this afternoon, might have a chance to hang on int he SA poll since we were 16th but even that's doubtful. Let's bounce back boys.

Men still on shakey ground, but can get back on track with a win over adelphi tomorrow. Should be a fun game. It'll take place at night on the MSF under the lights. Adlephi is actually a good team that has a chance to win their league.

Men won 2-0 over a good Adelphi team. Good crowd. Was a lot of fun. Really heckled the coach and got him Editeded off.

I agree, at least the crowd that was there was into it. Don't think it was promoted very well.
