Odds right now:
75% Kentucky 30% Syracuse 50% Georgetown
Yes, the odds that Noel goes to college is 155%.

You kknow I'd walk a thousand miles if I could just see Nerlens Noel in a Hoya uniform tomorrow night. I'll drive a thousand miles to meet you and give you a ride home.

If Greg Monroe were coming out of HS this year would he be declaring on ESPN like this, or is NN that much bigger of a prospect than Greg Monroe was??

If Greg had set a date, he definitely could have. But he was ready to get it over/found his fit after Midnight Madness.

"Shock the world" doesn't mean anything. It's just something kids tweet a day or two before they're going to announce.

I think Nerlens doesn't want to play with Bazz. He knows how trigger happy Bazz is, I mean, the dude is a gun box. Anyway, let's hope mama comes through!

Everyone should go read page 1 of this thread. You mean when we thought we would have a lineup of: Christmas Noel Ochefu Anderson Iverson because Nate Lubick 2 and done to the NBA?

Some real gems: - I couldn't care less. Well I do care actually, but NN is a luxury to us. That's more than I can say for the Hoyas or Kentucky.
- If he goes to Gtown, imo it means he doesnt want any competition. He would get pushed at UK and especially at Cuse by the talent behind and around him. Gtown would crown him King of the Universe. I honestly cant think of any other reason Gtown is a good fit. I guess he really likes throwing back door passes.
- Haha, because they have no fans. Im not gonna hate Noel if he picks Gtown, well I might a little, but hes going to be in for a rude awakening when Rak dunks on him at the Verizon Center and the crowd starts cheering.

Interesting tidbit from that article. His two older brothers play football. Did a quick google and discovered his older brother is a backup senior db at Boston College and the other is a sophomore linebacker at NC State, both ACC schools. Rodman Noel was a 4 star recruit who initially had chosen Maryland until db coach left before he was signed. Both were ACC schools but both were in northeast not too far from home. If Cuse is no longer in top two then let's hope Nerlens wants to keep the family circle close and stays in the northeast and chooses Georgetown over Ky.

Hunch: between GU & Syracuse. Stay on the east coast for 1 year so his family can see him.

Well, I respect the tweet he got from Derrick Coleman; it doesn't push him towards DC's alma mater:
DerrickColeman รพ @derrickcuse Reply RetweetedRetweet @nerlensnoel3 Go where you feel like u will do well education, career wise and be proud where u attend so u can make it.
Pretty dang classy.
