If you go to the rivals Georgetown page you can see one BIG visitor that we'll have Friday night.

Can someone just say who it is for those of us who aren't visiting Rivals right now?

Rakeem Christmas will be in attendance. Anyone have rivals access want to give a longer list of attendees? I assume no one from 2010 will be there -- though i really, really hope we get anohter 2010'er to fill out this class.

Those in attendance that have never seen Rakeem's aunt may find her more impressive than Rakeem himself. I'm just sayin....

In the interests of HoyaTalk and good relations with the Rivals board, please do not cut and paste premium content from Rivals without permission. Thanks to all in advance for your continued cooperation....WBH

Pretty impressive list including a number of young underclassmen, according to Scout.

Hello all. I rarely post, but I was wondering, over the past couple of years, how many of JTIII's "priority" targets have attended MM, but committed elsewhere. I don't track this all that closely, but I do recall signing Monroe shortly after MM. I also remember Jelan Kendrick attending MM last year--boy do I wish he would come to the hilltop. If there are indeed some big name underclassmen in attendance, I would like to set my level of expectations appropriately.
Some of my UConn contacts are enthusiastically encouraged that Roscoe will be in Storrs tonight. I can only imagine what they have planned for him--whatever it is I hope the NCAA investigators will discover it. Did Roscoe attend a Gtown MM in the past?

We frequently have high priority guys on campus for Midnight Madness. In the past, Greg Monroe, Hollis Thompson, Nate Lubick, Dashonte Riley, Chris Braswell, Markel Starks, Chris Wright, Austin Freeman, Vernon Macklin, the Gilchrest kid at USF, Dajuan Summers, and Jeremiah Rivers attended. There have obviously been others to attend on a lower priority basis. Some of our high priority guys have committed after MM, others have decommitted, others have fallen apart, and others went on with visits.
Gilchrest, Braswell, and Riley are among those who I would highlight as going elsewhere - some for reasons not mostly on the shoulders of JT3. Biggie McClain, at the risk of firing up PopeJohn, is another who ended up elsewhere, although I think there's some question as to whether he was high priority. There are probably some I am forgetting, maybe even some obvious ones. Did Nolan Smith ever attend our MM?
Roscoe is not expected at GU tonight from what I understand. He has visited GU in the past, although I do not recall whether he has been around for MM.

I have seen Quinn Cook from Dematha and Jordan Goodman from god know where. Both are 2011 kids. I also say this kid that looks like he is 7'0 and 280lbs. I also saw him down the Kenner. He looks like a foreign exchange kid.

That Quinn Cook thing would be a scoop. He was expected elsewhere IIRC.

He started played on the Canadian Junior National Team when he was 15 years old. www.casualhoya.com/2009/10/2/1066077/meet-maurice-walker-the-player
