I am completely on board with that I just think he has the skills now or later that make him an NBA player. If he stays another year or 2 it makes him an immediate impact player not just a role player at first.

He should look at Blake G and then make his decision.

Well, according to the article, he had other factors motivating him to stay. Anyway, the improvement from his Fr season to this one is obvious. He's clearly the best right now.

He does not have crazy hops, but I'll take him on my team over DS everytime.

I like to think from all I've heard about Greg, and why he chose Georgetown in the first place, that he'll be back.
I'd hate to see us become a one-and-done type of program, and I feel pretty confident in thinking that JT3 discussed this with him in recruiting. Coach knows that the school won't be happy if we become known as some basketball factory. Looking at our peer schools in terms of institutional size and educational quality and basketball prowess (Duke, 'Nova, maybe ND although they are bigger, and there are others), their one-and-dones are outliers compared to what goes on at the larger powerhouses.
EDIT: Correct me if I'm wrong, but AI leaving after 2 years is the earliest anyone has left the program for the NBA?

That also didn't stop almost every projection placing him as a lottery pick. The wisdom of drafting a player that was injured for most of the season aside, Griffin turned down a substantial and guaranteed contract to come back. In that respect I think Greg will face a similar dilemmia at the end of this season

Father Henle is right. ( ;D) If the only issue were Greg being best prepared for the NBA, I don't think there is any doubt that he would return. But if he is truly projected as a top 3 pick in the draft, it will be awfully difficult for him to walk away from that, even if in the long term he would benefit from the extra year or two on the Hilltop.
