I love the new Chevy/Bob Seeger "Like a Rock" ads. Also, Michigan's shorts are way too baggy for my taste.

All I can say is God bless the mute button or I would have gone postal by now with this mind numbing stupidity. Someone really needs to invent a gadget that turns off sound when a commercial is detected or plays a cd of your choice or something. I'll shell out the cash for that no matter what. Anyone?

How did we get this far without someone mentioning the Jordan(R) commercial where they show BOTH our loss to Nova in 85 AND MJ himself hitting that shot in 82? Why would JTIII agree to be in that? And why are we associating with Appalachian State? Are they implying that a program with our history is a scrappy underdog? I don't like it. Our new shoes are awesome, though.

And for my 100th post...
When do the Bud Lite cavemen get their own sitcom?
I can't wait to not watch it.

False. Sonic is America's Drive-In and its Number 1 Non-National Food Chain. How dare you blaspheme Sonic. Have you no shame sir? False again, in and out is a million times better. Erroneous. Sonic has more menu items, more stores, and over 1,000 possible soft drink flavor combinations. If its just burgers - fine In and Out animal style every time - but Sonic is a Dining Experience.

NCAA Commercials: Annoying: 1. The Sonic commercial. That homely blonde woman annoys me to no end and they show that commercial almost every commercial break. Okay: 1. I like the Sven, Swedish personal servant commercial but that one I have seen before. False. Sonic is America's Drive-In and its Number 1 Non-National Food Chain. How dare you blaspheme Sonic. Have you no shame sir? god I love when we talk about sonic on the board.

Have you no shame sir? I actually like Sonic. There food is good except almost all the food is really salty. There chili dogs are great. However, the blonde woman just annoys me. Just makes me want to go over there and slap her. Also there doesn't seem to be any Sonics in the Wash Metro area. I looked up the locator and the closest one is in Fredricksburg.

Have you no shame sir? If Sonic was the #1 Non-National Food Chain they wouldn't be dumb enough to play national commercials... They play these commercials endlessly in my area, and I have never seen a Sonics within 15 miles of my house, and as I just went to the Sonics website, there is 1 within 20 miles of my house. Not only that, but their commercials are some of the most annoying on television. I would pay just to punch that guy in the face. The one who is "mingling" that is.

Something should also be said for the Coca-Cola Zero commercials where that guy pops out of nowhere convincing people to take "challenges" by comparing their feats to games in the Tournament. At least there's more than one of them, and it's pretty good when that guy curbs it trying to parallel park.

Annoying:
3. Cuba Gooding Jr. Haynes Underwear commerical.
When did this dork become a clown?
He was actually okay in Boyz N the Hood and now all his movie roles are clown roles or gay roles. (Not that there's anything wrong with that)

I liked Cuba Gooding in 'Judgment Night,' but that's just me.
Also, he and Noah Wyle win best cameo appearances for 'A Few Good Men.'
Other than that, nothing really impressive.

False again, in and out is a million times better. I love both but until In-N-Out decides to expand out of a 3 state area, Sonic has the advantage. St Pete said non national chain, for which I'm fairly certain in and out qualifies. If anything I'm not sure sonic (with over 3000 locations in 34 states and mexico) even meets that description. What's up st pete, afraid to have sonic compete with the big boys? Keeping them out of the national category until they have locations in all 50 states, the district, peurto rico and guam? Just for the record, the in and out commercials that been running locally in la have been pretty good.

Query: Has anything other than the Duke basketball mystique or Brian Cashman's intelligence ever been more overrated than In 'N Out Burger?

(Not that there's anything wrong with that) What gay role has he played? In "Boat Trip" (or whatever it was called) he pretended to be gay. Other than that I don't recall anything else. Of course its not as if I'm going out of my way to see his films.

If you have, you will know that In 'N Out is not at all overrated (oh and throw in one of their shakes for good measure)
