Well done last night in general, and especially from the line - but please, PLEASE put those lefthand shots away unless we are up by double figures. I know you will need that hand at the next level, but it absolutely is not there now. I cringe every time I see him make the move to his left, knowing that the lefty hook or the little scoop shot will look ugly, and has little chance of success. zI know you may need to go left to keep the defense honest on accasion - but go left and shoot right or go up strong to the hoop with both hands!

i will say at one point last night the announcers were commenting on how roy keeps the ball up when he rebounds or is inside... i can remember when that was not the case... and i cringed everytime he put the ball on the floor inside the key only to give it up in a turnover... you have come a long way big roy... keep it up... love every minute of your growth!

Yes, a request. Roy, go to your team and tell and I mean tell with fire in their eyes, they can't whoop you, tell them to give you the got da__ ball. Demand it Roy and do your thing, each time you want the ball they should give to you, and make them give to you. If you have to help those guards develop a higher IQ of basketball, then so be it. Chris and Austin don't have this problem because of their high basketball IQ.

Last night's poor performance notwithstanding, are you really trying to say Chris Wright has better "basketball IQ" than Jon Wallace?

I actually like Roy's left hand hook or layup. He has used it effectively in the past when he's needed it. I thought that Bilas and Raftery were being unfair when they said that Roy unnecessarily went to the left in order to impress the scouts. I don't think a scout's opinion would enter Roy's consciousness during a game.

I think in general it's unfair to assume he did something for a certain reason when you can't read his mind.

Isn't it clear that hoyafoeva can read Hibbert's thoughts?? Isn't it clear that we should abandon every aspect of the offense that our coach has spent years learning and implementing and simply run a two-man offense? Am I the only one that sees this brilliance on loan? Hello? Doctor? Nurse? Mom?

Yeah, forget the Georgetown Law-bound, 4-year starter, UNC-game-winning, previously Princeton-admitted, class act that we currently let make the decisions on the floor. He's dumb. Let's put Chris Wright in charge of things. I haven't seen enough out of control drives sort of towards the basket. Or better yet, foeva, why don't you get out there and run the team? I'm sick of this Jon kid.

Last night's poor performance notwithstanding, are you really trying to say Chris Wright has better "basketball IQ" than Jon Wallace? Thats a no brainer, Wallace is a very smart young man academically, and "sometimes" as a basketball player, yes he has gotten a lot better, but talking two different players here, we're talking All-American in Chris "Lumpy" Wright, believe it or not, I have witnessed it myself. My son played on Chris' and O.J.'s dad's team, which was the Rising Stars AAU 13& under team. Chris was only like 8 and he was playing on that team, he was running in the normal practice, which included lots of drills, and knew how to run the plays. His dad is a very good teacher of the game. I was amazed at what he knew and how he coached, it was awesome, I saw Chris learn this at a very early age. I'm not just talking about playing, I'm talking about learning the game at a very very young age and learning and knowing the fundamentals. Yes, Chris' IQ and Austin's are much higher than Jessie and Jonathan's, this is why we got them, a whole lot goes into being chosen an All-American and this is one of them "IQ", you can tell by how someone plays by what they know and the directions they play in. Jessie and Jonathan have both gotten better and have earned the playing they so deserve. Having a high IQ in playing is knowing when to shoot, knowing when to pass, knowing when to penetrate, clock management, shall I go on...

That's cool, but just remember this "stop twisting it up"...I have said nothing of this sort you are talking about. No one said to abandon anything, I think it just shows how much you know about your team and basketball. Everyone else is familiar about what is going on and what makes u any different. If you don't understand or you're confused of what I'm talking about then keep your calling outs to yourself please. All this might be clear to you because of your assumptions that I'm not even thinking. Isn't it funny how folks try to think what you're not thinking and then put words in your mouth...I think I'll just laugh this one off...smile ;D

Dead giveaway, I think. Cat's out of the bag.

No, the only thing that is disturbing is you and your ill mannered and disrespectable nature. I know it's hard to be a respectable man out here in today's world. I know it makes you feel like a man to call me out, notice I said the word "feel like a man, you're not" because grown respectable men do not do that, especially when they do not know that person, but I guess if you're raised like that you can't help yourself, so keep you negative behavior to yourself. Thank you. If you're gonna be a true Hoya fan keep it on the boards. Can't help if you have have those kind of problems, I'll pray for you. HOYAFOEVA, don't get it twisted. ;D

OK, people. Enough of the back and forth commentary on other posters. Keep the discussion on the basketball topics please.
