Sorry Carson...false alarm. The guy at the bar said no Orange allowed in the bar. Just bar policy.

I love all you Cuse fans signing up - I mean, if it wasn't for us Hoyas you wouldn't be watching the game - your welcome. Also, probably even more of you would be unemployed.

I think all this info has been posted -- I wrote this, then got "Locked out" for a little -- 007 Please bring me an XL Shirt!!! Positng it here anyhow:
Just talked to "Joe" at Summers -- here's the deal . . .
I gave him the sat info that NCCT posted here -- he said he shouldn't have any problem getting it AS LONG AS IT ISN'T SCRAMBLED-- NCCT, can you call your cable guy back and find out if the signal will be scrambled?
Joe further stated that, usually the signal is "turned on" about 20 minutes before tip off, so we should call him at about 6:40 (or just go there and be disappointed if it doesn't happen, which I think I will do just so Joe gets some business out of the deal either way)
Here is the info on Summers
1520 N Courthouse Road (near intersection of N Courthouse and 15th Street North) Arlington, VA
Their phone number is 703-528-8278, ask for Joe if you are calling about the game, but don't wast your time (or his) calling before 6:30ish.
I'd love to see a big group show up, because then we could get "Joe" to pull our other non-televised games out of his ass!
Everyone cross your fingers that this works . . .
NCCT -- can you find out if the signal is scrambled?
Go Hoyas!!!

Thanks Doublehoya. I'll be there too and I'm sure we'll have a good group. This is more than worth the effort to see if Summer's can pull this off. This IS the same place that gets soccer games in 3rd world countries...they should be used to getting something from Syracuse since it qualifies as the closest thing....

No idea if the signal is scrambled. However, the guy at TWC said that is all the info we need in order to watch teh game. He said it will work - let's all say a quick prayer!

Haha Doublehoya, you called him "Joe". Think he was using a fake name to thwart us Hoya faithful?
Hey Cuse fans, I heard the game is not in fact gonna be on at Summers. Try the bar across the street.
I wore an orange shirt to work today totally by mistake, I'm going to have a ton of explaining to do. Damn.
And Kurt, if you are bringing shirts, bring another one for me, I'll hit you up w/ some $. XL. Also you don't happen to have any Hoya bands for sale do ya? I gotta get me one of those...

Hell no! It's bad enough we have to have them outnumber us 5 to 1 when we play them at MCI, if we can avoid having that happen tonight at Summer's that would be good. [/quote]
LOL its soooo true

Yo, cuseontheloose, why don't you go back upstate and play with you loose flappy beef curtains. We don't really appreciate your presence here, it hasn't "brought" much good, much of anything really.
Quit trolling.
WE ARE GEORGETOWN and we will squeeze you to a pulp this evening.
