From what I'm gathering, T.O. is out until the Super Bowl. Without him, I'm seeing the Eagles flame out again in the playoffs-b/c they aren't going to get a chance to really run their offense w/o T.O. They can't afford another injury, so they'll probably treat the next two games like a preseason game. Falcons or Packers will take them out.
The only thing I can see happening is that the NFC teams aren't all that good-that or the Ewing Theory kicks in.

The Eagles would have lost to the Falcons anyways...they can't stop the run and have hardly been tested by a real defense.

I know I'm a little late posting to this thread, but I took winter break off from posting and just noticed this trash. The Eagles defense is third in the NFC and over the last 8 games where starters played, they gave up 12.2 points per game. If they take a lead (and with McNabb and Westbrook, they can still score), the Vikings, and the Falcons/Rams won't be able to run the ball. And if you force Atlanta to throw...you win. Eagles over Rams next Sunday afternoon, 23-14. God willing.

Agree on the IF, however it is a huge IF...
I think Falcons win in a tight one...16-13

21-13 Eagles, 47 seconds to go, Falcons ball on their own 35, out of timeouts...Vick drops back, hits Alge Crumpler down the middle for a big gain...clock ticking...spike with 19 seconds to go. Next play, coverage is excellent, Vick takes off, forced down inbounds, Falcons fail to get off another play, Eagles win.
Now that's pinning it down there. I think both teams benefitted IMMENSELY from the extended byes (Mora rested Vick for 1.75 out of the final two games, like Reid did with Donovan F. McNabb and Brian Westbrook). Westbrook remains the x-factor; stop him, you might get the Eagles out of rhythm. If you can't, next stop: golf course. He may even be more important than Michael Vick. Should be a good one.

I agree with Westbrook being the X-factor, he looked sharp against the Viks...
