I knew brian and Alex were going to penn. I knew richard was leaving, but i didn't know it was also to penn. A lot of people were unsatisfied with coaches decisions on playing time and this is some of the fall out. Incidently the penn coach was one of the canidates for the georgetown job when it was open. He has a very good relationship with the gtown. team. I belive penn and georgetown used to run a camp together. The transfer there makes a lot of sense.

This is the third school in as many years for Mascarenhas, who played at Vanderbilt as a freshman and then came to GU when Vandy canceled its program. He was really good as a frosh at VU and then didn't get much time last year, against weaker competition than he faced at Vandy, so I can't imagine he was very pleased. Kind of a bummer to lose him.

Didn't realize Vandy had droppe soccer. I knew SC moved into the C-USA for soccer last year after being independent since the Metro folded. Their AD had been at TCU, so he pushed the C-USA thing.

If you don't figure in the New Coaching staff plans ans style of play and want to play then your only choice is to transfer. I'd have a hard time leaving the education at Gtown...but Penn isn't bad. Guess that's why there's a large incoming freshman recruitment class.
