'Bin, I thought you'd be all over this. No commentary whatsoever? Or is it on the original B&G?

I'm swimming in schadenfraude my good man. On a serious note, the BBC still is an organization of tremendous value- with excellent production values. But in the last decade especially, their left wing bent went out of control- especially for a news group funded by a compulsory and significant annual licensing fee by Brit taxpayers. And the pervasiveness of their anti-Americanism, often quite petty, was all-engrossing and could be found in every nook and cranny of their programming and web sites. So I love to see them take one on the chin! Didn't see the need to bring it up and gloat really- but since you mentioned it, thought I would throw in my 2.

Hey, when you're right, you're right - I say gloat away.
I did find it interesting that Lord Hutton, in the context of investigating whether Blair misrepresented the intel on Iraq's WMD program, chose to reserve the most scathing criticism in his report for the BBC rather than the British intelligence establishment or the Blair administration.

I don't know squat about Hutton other than both sides, but particularly the Beeb, lauded his credibility and credentials before the report, and agreed to respect his findings. Except now they don't seem to like his findings very well. Maybe the report is skewed- I don't know. Or maybe it is scathing- but accurate?
