Good luck JW!!!!
Selfishly, I had thought about enrollment in law school and a seat on the bench as a graduate assistant.
But there's always time for that after he's pursued his pro playing career.
Plus, this can only add to his resume for his eventual job as POTUS.

Best of luck JW!! This could derail his POTUS run. Once he gets to Slovenia, they'll probably wanna keep him as their own... he's THAT DAM GOOD.

I heard he was going to Slovenia in order to be closer to Georgia to go solve that thing over there. [/Rick Sutcliffe]
Congrats and good luck to The Ljubljana Rainmaker!

Make that money, J-Dub...
We'll see you in Law School when you're done.
| We will be perfect...in every aspect of the game.
You drop a pass, you run a mile. You miss a blocking assignment, you run a mile. You fumble the football, and I will break my foot off in your John Brown hindparts...and then you will run a mile.
Perfection! Let's go to work.

I had the pleasure of meeting some of Jon's family in Birmingham at the BIG EAST/SEC game. I met a cousin in Louisville that I have been friends with for some time. All of his family was excited over his decision to attend law school. I really hope that he will seriously prioritize his plans to choose what is best overall for his further.

Well the good thing si that law school is not going anywhere if he chooses to follow that path. This is great for him though!

Good luck Jon! Wish you all the best!

Good luck Jon, though you probably won't need it.

The world needs fewer lawyers who went to law school straight after college and more people who worked for a year or two before starting the Paper Chase.
Really, if I would have had the chance to travel around Europe and work for an international boss ... wow, you can't put a price on the value of that.

I'm writing this post while at a deposition and I suggest you TAKE YOUR TIME, JW!!! You have plenty of time for this later.
Congrats! This one's for the Foreign Policy part of the resume of Sen. Wallace.

Congrats to Jon!
It looks like he's with a reasonably respectable team too. Euroleague is about as good as it gets in European basketball.

Is there any way to estimate how much Jon will earn in is first year?
Is it possible he could play for 2-3 years and put away enough to get him through law school with a nice cushion at the end? Get a head start on his career? Buy a house?
And he gets to keep playing basketball at a high level. The little guy from Alabama will surely make the most of his eye-opening opportunity to travel and reside in Europe. All the best!

Good for Jon, and not bad to hook up with the Slovenian champs. I've driven through Slovenia, and it's a beautiful country.
