I'm pretty sure this is just a guy doing an imitation of a retarded guy playing in his mother's backyard. This is like a spoof of Forest Gump about a decade late. There's a chuckle or two in it, but generally, very unfunny. And no reason to drag Georgetown into such a mess.
You know what this didn't make me want to do? Watch the Jay Leno show.

I've seen this guy(character) before can't remember where. I think Reno 911. Not sure why he's wearing a gtown sweatshirt, but he certainly makes us look bad. More reasons why Leno sucks.

He played a similar character in Reno and was much funnier. Dont know why he was wearing gtown, i couldnt find any connection online

Yeah, I put that in the gtown directory, nada. His Wikipedia page and facebook page say nothing about gtown either |

Notice the slight Queens accent.
