not able to watch, but very pleased they came out and played well in the 2nd half.
needless to say, the thought of a mid-major with a big time scoring guard scares me to death after recent years and the first half left me very uneasy.
Good response by the team.

Rich reports 14 boards for Nate, 9 for Hollis. I hope they both get double-doubles before the B team goes in.

Lubick has to have at least 10 rebounds this game though. Hes at 8 and 14 right now...career high in rebounds. Hollis at 19 and 9...very nice Very balanced scoring so far...all players with PT (minus D-hound Jabril) over 7 points.

Good response by the team. IUpew-yew looks very solid. They rebound well and have some decent built guys who can battle for boards. I think what they are missing is that athletic scoring wing man.

Lubick piling up the offensive rebounds on his own misses. Tillmon accused him of doing it on purpose to "pad his rebound stats" can't make this stuff up.

Sounds like they came out much better in the second half. Was there more energy or did shots just start falling?

Great win and another fun game to watch. The shots weren't falling in the 1st and the defense wasn't quite as intense, but they came out in the 2nd half playing better on both ends and really put this team away. I would think this should end up a pretty solid win by season's end--IUPUI looked solid and should do well in their conference. Great to see Nate really step up in this game.....let's hope it is a sign of things to come. It would be nice to see him play at this level against Alabama to show he can do it against BE level competition. Great game---now get ready for the Tide!!!

Sounds like they came out much better in the second half. Was there more energy or did shots just start falling? Both--the 3's never really fell that well, but they finished better on other shots and brought some better defensive intensity and really shut down IUPUI's top scorer in that 2nd half.
