Ticket Exchange Program
Due to the inclement weather conditions in Washington, D.C., as a courtesy to our fans Georgetown Athletics will be offering an exchange program for those who were unable to make either or both the men's basketball home games vs. Villanova (Saturday, 2/6/10) or Old Dominion (Saturday, 12/19/09). Here are the pertinent details:
Tickets that were not used for the 2/6 game vs. Villanova (Verizon Center) or the 12/19 game vs. Old Dominion (McDonough Arena) can be exchanged for the Saturday, March 6, noon Verizon Center home game vs. Cincinnati.
Exchanges can be made in person or by mail.
In-person exchanges can be made at the Verizon Center Box Office (Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on event days, until the end of the event) or the McDonough Arena Box Office (Monday-Friday, 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Hard un-stubbed tickets need to be presented for in-person exchanges.
To exchange tickets by mail, please fill out the following form and mail it with your un-stubbed tickets to:

Tickets exhanged by mail will be left at Will Call on the day of the 3/6 game vs. Cincinnati under the name you specify on the exchange form.
Tickets to the 12/19 Old Dominion game may also be exchanged by phone by calling 202-687-HOYA (4692).
If your tickets were left at Will Call for the 2/6 game vs. Villanova and are not currently in your possession, please contact the Georgetown Athletic Ticket Office at 202-687-HOYA (4692) to make your exchange by phone.
Ticket exchanges will be one-to-one.
All exchanges will be first-come, first-served and are subject to availibility.
Seat locations will be best available. No seat locations are guaranteed.
Exchanges must be made by Friday, February 19 (either in person by that date or post-marked by that date).
